ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to My Genius Kids Online. The My Genius Kids Online website and service is owned and operated by Rennu Dhillon, Genius Kids Inc. & Genius Kids Development Inc. (hereinafter "we" or "My Genius Kids Online"). My Genius Kids Online is subject to these Terms of Service ("TOS") which may be updated periodically without prior notice. Failure to comply with these TOS may result in account revocation.

DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM

My Genius Kids Online is a family of web-based interactive learning programs designed to improve children's overall academic learning abilities, social, emotional and communication skills. These lessons are accessed using a web browser. In these TOS, the My Genius Kids Online website, its services, and the service of providing access to the My Genius Kids Online curriculum are collectively called My Genius Kids Online. My Genius Kids Online is provided and operated by Rennu Dhillon, Genius Kids Inc & Genius Kids Development Inc. Generally, access to My Genius Kids Online requires that a user register first and then purchase the materials. The curriculum and materials you access depends on what you have purchased. My Genius Kids Online FREE DEMOS may only be accessed during the time they are FREE at the FREE DEMOS section. Once a parent registers for a free demo or purchases lessons, the parent receives an account. From this account the parent can purchase lessons from the curriculum menu for their child depending on the level of the child. The child may then use the learning exercises for the period of time indicated when the lessons and materials are bought. You are responsible for paying all the fees applicable for the lessons purchased and for obtaining and maintaining all equipment and internet service required to use My Genius Kids Online at your own expense. The ability to change or cancel your account and to seek a refund is limited by TOS. There are no changes, cancellations or refunds available once a product has been purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS

My Genius Kids Online may be used only by the persons for whom the product has been purchased, and only for the term of that lesson (and by persons who have been registered for a free trial only during the duration of that trial). Each lesson (or free trial) may be used by only one person, for that person's own personal educational purposes. My Genius Kids Online reserves all rights, title and interest in and to My Genius Kids Online, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to users or purchasers except as provided in this TOS. You agree on behalf of yourself and any learner for whom you activate an account not to: (1) modify, copy or create derivative works based on My Genius Kids Online's lessons, curriculums and materials ; (2) frame or mirror any content forming part of My Genius Kids Online's curriculum, lessons or materials ; (3) reverse engineer all or any part of My Genius Kids Online's lesson, curriculum or material ; or (4) access My Genius Kids Online in order to build a competitive product or service or to copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of My Genius Kids Online's lessons, curriculum or materials.

YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

Account registration and verification is required in order to create a My Genius Kids Online account. During registration, all users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information about themselves in all required fields. Should any of your own information change after submitting it to us, you are required to update that information as soon as possible. Should we suspect that your personal information is not complete, current, or accurate, your account, and your access to the product, may be subject to suspension or termination. Should you feel that the My Genius Kids Online privacy policy is not sufficient for you to complete the registration form truthfully, please email your policy concerns to info@missrennuonline.com. You must be 18 years of age or older to acquire an account or to use My Genius Kids Online or to create a parent, purchaser or free trial account on My Genius Kids Online. When you register, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are otherwise authorized to enter into a validly binding agreement on behalf of yourself and for any child who will use the product. When you activate an account, you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide any personal information you share with My Genius Kids Online and that your conduct in connection with My Genius Kids Online complies with any and all applicable laws.

PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Please remember that My Genius Kids Online is designed to be used by children under the supervision of their parents. It is your responsibility to determine whether each of the My Genius Kids Online's curriculum and lessons are appropriate for your child. As the parent or legal guardian of the user of an activated account to My Genius Kids Online, you are responsible for your child's use of My Genius Kids Online.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold My Genius Kids Online, Genius Kids Inc., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any alleged claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of My Genius Kids Online, your connection to My Genius Kids Online , your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another, whether you are a registered user or not. The user is solely responsible for his or her actions when using My Genius Kids Online. Parents or legal guardians who activate accounts to My Genius Kids Online are solely responsible for the actions of users of the subscription as if they were the user of the products and website.
